Rule 114B
Non-punishment
: Notwithstanding anything contained elsewhere in this rule, any police officer who has obtained a permanent residence permit before the commencement of this rule or who has applied for such permit shall, having admitted the same, obtained a permanent residence permit within sixty days from the date of commencement of this rule. Such police personnel will not be punished according to this regulation if an application is submitted with proof of written request to the respective country to cancel the application given for giving up or obtaining such permission.
